Manufacturing & Technology:
Structural Engineering: Fabricated from High-Tensile Structural Steel (Q235/Q345). The anchor features a Cold-Forged Helix (Blade) Design welded to the central shaft. This helical geometry is mathematically calculated to displace soil volume rather than excavate it, creating a dense "compacted-soil zone" around the blade that provides exceptional uplift resistance.
Surface Engineering: All units undergo a Heavy-Duty Hot-Dipped Galvanization Process (80um zinc coating thickness). This provides a sacrificial anodic layer that ensures long-term structural integrity against soil-borne moisture, varying pH levels, and electrochemical corrosion, guaranteeing a service life of over 15 years.
