Spring Steel Tines: Each tine is crafted from 65Mn High-Carbon Spring Steel. The tines undergo an automated oil-quenching and tempering process to achieve a specific tensile strength, ensuring they can bend under pressure and snap back instantly without permanent deformation.
Reinforced Cross-Bar: A horizontal stabilizing bar is riveted or welded across the tines. This prevents the teeth from spreading or crossing, maintaining a uniform "comb" structure during heavy-duty pulling.
Corrosion Engineering: The entire head is treated with a Thermoset Polyester Powder Coating. This finish is resistant to scratching, organic acids found in decaying leaves, and prolonged moisture exposure.
