Product Overview:
The Cattle Fence (Fixed Knot) is a high-tensile, heavy-duty perimeter system engineered specifically for the containment of large livestock and the protection of range boundaries. Unlike standard hinge-joint fencing, the fixed-knot design features an independent third wire that securely wraps around the vertical and horizontal intersections. This creates a virtually unbreakable mesh structure, capable of withstanding the immense impact forces of cattle, bison, and other heavy animals without sagging or buckling.
Manufacturing & Technology:
Material Integrity: Constructed from Class 3 Galvanized High-Tensile Steel Wire (2.0mm - 3.5mm core). The high carbon content provides superior elastic recovery, ensuring the fence returns to its original position after animal impact.
The "Fixed-Knot" Technology: The vertical stays are held in place by a horizontal knot wire. This knot physically prevents vertical and horizontal movement of the wires, allowing for wider post spacing (up to 6m - 10m) and reducing overall infrastructure costs.
Corrosion Engineering: Utilizing Heavy-Duty Zinc Coating (Galvanized), the fence provides exceptional resistance to the ammonia-rich environments of livestock barns and the salt-spray exposure of coastal grazing lands.
Tension Management: The mesh features Crimp/Tension Curves in the horizontal wires, which act as expansion joints to handle extreme thermal expansion and contraction during seasonal temperature shifts.
