The Barbed Razor Wire is a high-security perimeter protection system engineered to deter unauthorized entry in critical infrastructure, military facilities, and high-security correctional centers. Unlike traditional barbed wire, the razor wire utilizes cold-punched, high-tensile steel blades, creating a formidable physical and psychological barrier that is significantly more difficult to bypass.
Manufacturing & Technology:
Blade Engineering: The blades are manufactured using High-Precision CNC Punching Technology, ensuring consistent, razor-sharp edges. The blade profile (e.g., BTO-22, CBT-65) is engineered to maximize snagging potential while maintaining structural strength.
Core Technology: The razor tape is mechanically crimped onto a High-Tensile Galvanized Steel Core Wire (2.5mm diameter). This crimping process ensures the blades cannot rotate or slip, maintaining a constant defensive posture.
Corrosion Resistance: The system is finished with a Class 3 Hot-Dipped Galvanization or Stainless Steel (Grade 304/316) construction, providing superior resistance against environmental oxidation and acid rain, ensuring a service life exceeding 15 years in extreme climates.
Installation Configuration: Designed for versatility, the system can be deployed as Concertina Coils (stacked in a spiral pattern) or Flat Wrap for secure fencing attachments.
