Engineered for high-precision applications, this product is manufactured by bonding high-tensile steel wires at every intersection through an automated fusion process. It serves as a cornerstone material for architectural fencing, safety guards, partition systems, and localized structural reinforcement, offering superior dimensional stability and structural rigidity.
Manufacturing & Technology:
Structural Engineering: Fabricated from Cold-Drawn High-Tensile Steel Wire. Each intersection is precisely joined using High-Frequency Resistance Welding (Spot Welding). This process creates a continuous metallurgical bond at every cross-point, ensuring the mesh retains its square/rectangular geometry even when subjected to extreme shearing forces or localized cutting.
Surface Engineering: The mesh undergoes a Multi-Stage Finishing Process:
Hot-Dipped Galvanization: A heavy zinc layer ( 250g/m^2) is applied to provide deep metallurgical protection against oxidation and chemical corrosion.
Electrostatic Powder Coating: For architectural applications, a UV-stabilized, architectural-grade polyester coating is applied to enhance aesthetic appeal and provide an additional barrier against environmental degradation.
Dimensional Precision: Production lines are controlled by Computerized Tension Management Systems, ensuring perfectly uniform aperture sizing and absolute flatness, which is critical for seamless panel installation and high-aesthetic fencing requirements.
