Manufacturing & Technology:
Collation Engineering: The nails are bonded using a High-Strength Kraft Paper Tape matrix. Unlike plastic-collated alternatives, paper collation eliminates debris during the drive, preventing tool jamming and reducing site cleanup time. The bond is engineered for high heat resistance, ensuring the strip remains intact under severe site conditions.
Structural Integrity: Manufactured from High-Tensile Carbon Steel, utilizing a Cold-Heading Process to form the head and a High-Speed Pointing Process for the diamond tip. The shank can be specified as Smooth, Ring (Annular), or Screw (Spiral) Shank to optimize withdrawal resistance based on substrate material.
Surface Engineering: Treated with a Mechanical Galvanization or Hot-Dipped Galvanization process ( 50g/m^2 for interior/exterior use), providing reliable protection against oxidation and ensuring long-term structural connection stability.
Operational Design: The collation angle (28^- 34^) is precisely calibrated for industry-standard framing nailers, ensuring smooth feeding and minimizing misfires in automated assembly lines.
