Product Overview:
The Professional Concrete Nail is a high-hardness fastening solution engineered specifically for high-impact installation into masonry, concrete walls, and brickwork. Designed with a specialized hardened steel core, these nails are the industry-standard choice for securing timber framing, electrical conduits, and heavy-duty fixtures to solid mineral substrates where standard steel fasteners would fail.
Manufacturing & Technology:
Structural Engineering: Manufactured from High-Carbon Steel (45# or 60# Steel). The nail undergoes a Precision Heat-Treatment Process (Quenching and Tempering), which increases the surface hardness to HRC 48-52 while maintaining a ductile core to prevent "snapping" under extreme hammer impact.
Point Geometry: Features a Bullet-Point or Chisel-Point Technology. This geometric configuration is engineered to displace concrete aggregates upon entry, creating a "wedge-action" hold that generates massive frictional grip within the mineral matrix.
Surface Engineering: Treated with Blue-Ing or Mechanical Galvanization. The blackened (blue) finish provides basic rust protection for interior use, while mechanical galvanization offers superior corrosion resistance for exterior or high-moisture masonry applications.
Operational Design: The shank features a Fluted (Grooved) Cross-Section or a Straight Hardened Shank, specifically designed to maximize penetration depth without causing structural "spalling" (chipping) of the surrounding concrete.
Technical Parameters:
Material: High-Carbon Steel (45# - 60#).
Shank Types: Fluted / Straight.
Length Range: 20mm – 150mm.
Finish: Black / Blue / Galvanized.
