Product Overview:
The PVC Coated Welded Wire Mesh is a premium-grade containment and reinforcement system, engineered for high-durability environments where aesthetics and corrosion resistance are critical. By combining a structural steel core with a high-density, UV-stabilized PVC protective layer, this mesh provides a robust, rust-proof barrier ideal for residential fencing, horticultural support, and industrial safety enclosures.
Manufacturing & Technology:
Structural Engineering: Fabricated from High-Tensile Cold-Drawn Steel Wire. Each intersection is precisely joined using High-Frequency Resistance Welding (Spot Welding). This creates a monolithic, rigid grid that maintains geometric stability even under extreme dynamic loads or localized stress.
Surface Engineering (The PVC Advantage): The mesh undergoes a Multi-Stage Finishing Process:
Hot-Dipped Galvanization: A primary zinc layer ( 250g/m^2) provides cathodic protection against oxidation.
Extruded PVC Coating: A thick, UV-stabilized PVC polymer layer is thermally bonded to the wire. This non-porous finish is completely impervious to moisture, salt-spray, and acidic chemicals, preventing the steel core from environmental degradation.
Dimensional Precision: Production is managed by Computerized Tension Management Systems, ensuring perfectly uniform aperture sizing and absolute flatness, which is essential for architectural aesthetics and seamless panel installation.
Technical Parameters:
